Enabling organizations and communities in achiving sustainable change
Since 2008, the Centre for Institutional Development – CIRa from Skopje is included in realization of the Component 5: “Sustainable tourism and heritage” within of decentralized collaboration between the region of Law Normandy and Republic of Macedonia and development. The project is confounded by the region of Law Normandy and the French Ministry of Foreign and European affairs, in the three-year frame agreement for decentralized collaboration of the local communities.
