During August and September, CIRa delivered in house consultations to the Local Development Agency from Struga (LDA) aimed to develop its long term strategy.

In April, CIRa provided training on Human resources Management for the civil servants. The training was funded by the State Agency for Civil servants.

In March 2010, CIRa delivered a client-oriented and interactive “Fundraising and sustainability” Training Program that was exclusively designed for 12 women NGOs supported by Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation in Macedonia and Montenegro.

In January and March, CIRa consultants delivered training and in house consultations in Strategic Planning for the Institute for Environment and Health.

Strategic Planning process – for Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation’s Partner Organizations in Macedonia i.e. delivery of in-house consultations provided to 6 women associations that participated in the program,

CIRa provided two client oriented traning in Advocacy and Lobbying for social issues to 20 Roma organizations. This trainings were organized and funded by the Interantional Organization for Migration (IOM Skopje).

In 2010, the CIRa experts/trainers, assigned by the USAID Judicial Reform Implementation Project (JRIP) conducted the needs assessment process and delivered training and mentoring for several institutions and organizations in judiciary in Macedonia.

·         Delivered training in “Advocacy and establishing efficient partnerships and cooperation with institutions” for CAA

·         Delivered training in Project Cycle Management for CAA

·         Delivered training in Project Cycle Management for Court Budget Council

·         Delivered training in “Provision of effective and efficient services” for the Court Services Council
