currently attending Postgraduate studies in Crime Law. She is an Executive Director at the Association for Emancipation, Solidarity and Equality of women - ESE During her carrier, she participated in several committees, different ministries' commissions, contributing in preparation of gender issues legislation. She prepared reports related to women rights and section into the Macedonian report for millennium dev't goals the, first report related to CEDAW.

He is active participant in the process of establishing the Civil Sector in Macedonia in the last 18 years. He is a founder of several CSOs and Board member of several foundations and CSOs. At the moment, Nafi is a Social policy Advisor at European Union’s Delegation in Skopje

is an Executive Director of ZELS-Association of local government units. She gave a great contribution in the creation of regional networking NALAS (Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-eastern Europe ).

MA in Sociology, he have been working as External Communication Senior Manager at Makedonski Telekomunikacii. He is author of many sociology oriented studies. He also published many essays and comments for the daily and weekly newspapers.
Kelmend Zajazi, Executive Director of the NALAS- Network of Associations of Local Authorities in South-East Europe<photo>
M.A. in Public Policy and Management, is Executive Director of the NALAS Secretariat as of March 2007. In the past 10 years, Zajazi worked with the USAID programs on Local Government Reforms and Democracy Network Program in Macedonia. During 2001 – 2003, he also worked at the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office in Skopje where he supervised programs in the area of health, social welfare, etc; while in the period 2006 – 2007 he was the adviser of the Minister of Health for several projects which launched the reforms of the health sector in Macedonia . He is the author of several publications in the area of good governance and the development of the civil society in the SEE region. His main interests are related to issues concerning institutional development, strategic planning, project cycle management, etc.
