Project Management

  • Elements of the project cycle;

     

  • Problem tree analysis/Goals tree analysis;
  • Logical Framework approach;
  • Financial part of the project – developing budget

  • Communication – sharing of information, opinions and attitudes and building up of the organizational system of values

  • Principles and guidelines in a professional communication that support organizational structure;
  • Communication as part of Managerial functions– planning, organization, controlling, motivating

Quality in service provision

With completion of this training module, the trainees will gained theoretical and practical knowledge for the:

  • Concept of provision of “Effective and efficient customer service”

     

  • AIDA Concept in client relationships (AIDA is the methodology for developing skills in dealing with clients. AIDA is an acronym for Attention, Interest & Information, Desire and Action & Agreement)
  • Process of identification of services and assessment of the capacities and gaps in service provision
  • Process of analyzing the quality of services by the use of “Block Diagram” Technique
  • Defining and developing procedures for the key processes of the Court Services Council
  • Importance of respecting principles in providing high-quality services

Training module targeted at communities for development of strategy for Local Youth Development.

Community Action Planning Methodology

Set of 3 training modules targeted at communities for development of Community Action Plan.

  • Setting priorities;
  • Action planning;

  • Outreach activities.
