The CIRa training program reflects a significant experience of our staff in developing a training curriculum to meet sustainability and effectiveness challenges. Our 15 employees, poses extensive knowledge of the region’s training needs, remarkably broad capacities to deliver variety of trainings and workshops and great social network to link your organization with other relevant stakeholders.
Trainings that we provide are based on the following postulates:
All training modules can be delivered as basic or advanced, depending on the target groups’ needs and their existing skills and abilities in whatever subject is being taught so that success can be fully achieved. We are pleased to note that the scope and reach of our training program continue to be remarkably broad, and that the modules are being strengthened continuously through the year along the introduction of new courses and the upgrading of existing ones.
