Enabling organizations and communities in achiving sustainable change
A Team Building and Strategy Development Workshop was facilitated by CIRa Trainers for CIVICA Mobilitas Institutional Grantee, Polio Plus, on 20-22 January, 2012.
Given that Polio Plus participates in the establishment of a Balkan Ability Network (BANET), the workshop was used to develop a Strategy for joint action in the field of disability. As a result of three day work, the network has set goals, key indicators and determined the next steps for its future work.
